    MindApp runs on Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000.
    Can I run MindApp on more than one computer?
    Yes. Your license allows you to install and run MindApp for your own use on any of your computers.
    Is there a version of MindApp for the Mac?
    No. MindApp only runs on Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000.
    I can’t figure out how to do something in MindApp. What should I do?
    First check the How-To video demos. Next, make sure you have consulted MindApp’s online help for a solution. Choose Help / Help Contents from MindApp’s menu to access online help. If you don’t find an answer to your question in online help, read this FAQ for a solution. If you still haven’t solved your problem, contact customer support.
    I’m having a problem installing MindApp on Windows 7
   
Sometimes the compatibility mode of MindApp needs to be set as follows:

  1. Right click on C:\Program Files\MindApp\MindApp.exe
  2. Select the Properties command from the resulting shortcut menu and you will see the application’s properties sheet
  3. Click on the Compatibility tab
  4. Click on “Run this program in compatibility mode for:”
  5. From the drop down select “Windows XP ( Service Pack 2)”
  6. Click Apply
The wrong “Data Execution Prevention” setting could also cause this problem. The following link shows you how to look at and change this setting: Change Data Execution Prevention Settings
